This week is conference week and each class period is shorter as a result.
Advance - For the greater part of this week the students will work on their burglar alarm system projects. The students have been working on their projects since Friday. I provided students will all the remaining supplies for their projects on Monday so that they could move forward in building complete circuits and alarms. Presentations will occur Wednesday or Thursday of this week. We will wrap up the week providing commentary about each group's performance and a video on electric current. Students should study the notes they have taken on electricity and current.
Regular - We will start off the week working on our Reflection summaries that were due last Friday. Afterwards, we will Explain Circuits using a metaphorical process. We will watch a video on Electric Current and continue with more notes for the current chapter. Students will need to study their notes from last week to prepare for any upcoming assessments.
