Week 3: Properties and Changes

In Class Last Week:
Last week we started unit 1 by learning about the different states of matter.  We will conclude this topic on Monday with a quiz.  We had our very first labs: Erupting Volcanoes and Making Orange Soda!

This week we will learn about the properties and changes of Matter.  We have lots of activities planned make sure you're ready to get your learning on! Please note that we still have some students who have missing lab forms and won't be able to participate in the upcoming labs without those signatures.

First Exam is Around the Corner

August 28th we will have our first unit exam.  It will cover the states of matter, properties and changes,
