What Would Science Be Without A Little Math?

Yikes! Math in science! Yes, it's absolutely true! We need a little math in our science life from time to time!

Today we REVIEWED three mathematical concepts that we need throughout the year:

  • Measures of Central Tendency (mean, median, mode)
  • Convert Metric Units (meters, liters, grams)
  • Converting Fractions, Decimals, & Percents

If anyone is weak in any of the skills above, I definitely recommend practicing over the weekend after we do a little in-class work. (Don't forget I provided you the titles of helpful YouTube videos on your task cards today.)

Starting next week, I will only post on Sundays.  Next week, we will practice our beginning of the class routine.  Enjoy your weekend and thanks for making this a great first week of school!
